This service was established in 1986 and is committed to providing services to people who have high support requirements.  Excellent professional support is offered in the areas of personal care and proactive assisted participation in program activities.

The Surrey Hills service is within walking distance of Chatham railway Station and Union Rd shops.  The Service has the resources to cater for people who may require more physical support: programs provide support to maximize individual development and make life a “hands on” experience.
During 2009 the service will undergo extensive remodeling providing a more modern environment supporting the organizations programs and activities.
