The service promotes individual independence in a number of life areas.  Where possible clients are encouraged and supported to utilise the local facilities which are within walking distance to trams, shops, cafes and banks on Whitehorse Road.

During 2009 the service will undergo extensive remodeling providing a more modern environment in line with the organisations strategic direction of lifelong learning and skills development.
