EDAR is committed to building partnerships with people throughout our community that enhance the opportunities for clients and facilitate a better understanding of people with disabilities. Over recent years EDAR has formed a number of partnerships which support collaboration with and student placements from high schools, TAFE courses and universities. These placements provide opportunities for the students to work alongside the staff to gain valuable experience in supporting people with a range of disabilities. Staff support the students in engaging with clients, participating in and contributing to EDAR programs, developing resources and completing assessment tasks.
